HSJB — High Security Junction Box

The HSJB is a Grade 3 tamper-monitored junction box that retrofits directly to standard conduit boxes. It upgrades existing field joints into BS EN 50131-3 compliant, tamper-detecting enclosures — with no conduit modification required.

Independently tested to BS EN 50131 Grade 3, the HSJB proves that advanced 3D printing is a legitimate production process for security-grade applications.

How It Works (Installer Workflow)

1. Fix two screws adjacent to the existing, standard conduit box — drill guide used for positioning
2. Terminate cables into the supplied 12-point terminal block, secured to the conduit box
3. Fit HSJB over the conduit box and secure using two security screws (provided)
4. Connect tamper loop — wire the integrated tamper switches into the circuit
