Dispatch. Next-day delivery is available on in-stock quantities — tell us when you order and we’ll confirm straight away. Otherwise orders are dispatched within 5 working days — usually 2 to 3. Every part is checked before it ships. If anything will take longer (a custom colour, a stock gap) we’ll email you before you’re left wondering.
Carrier. Royal Mail Tracked 24. You get the tracking number in your dispatch email. The delivery charge depends on package size and weight and is shown before you pay.
Where we ship. United Kingdom. Exporting? We’re happy to — email orders@tier8.co.uk and we’ll arrange it (we invoice export orders in advance, with a commercial invoice for customs).
Trade orders. Prefer to order on a purchase order rather than by card? Email your PO to orders@tier8.co.uk — we’ll confirm price, VAT and delivery by return.
